1. E-Books and Digital Products
Due to the nature of digital products, all sales of e-books and digital resources are final and non-refundable unless otherwise specified. Once a digital product has been purchased and delivered, we do not offer refunds unless:
- There is a technical issue preventing you from accessing the content, and our support team is unable to resolve it within 7 business days.
- The product description was materially misleading or inaccurate, and the content does not match what was advertised.

2. Consulting Services
For our consulting and agency services:
- Service Cancellation Before Commencement: If you cancel a service before work has begun, we will provide a full refund minus a 10% administrative fee.
- Service Cancellation After Commencement: If you cancel a service after work has begun, refunds will be prorated based on the percentage of work completed at the time of cancellation, minus a 10% administrative fee.
- Satisfaction Guarantee: If you're not satisfied with our consulting services, please notify us within 3 business days after delivery of the service. We will work with you to resolve any issues or concerns. If we cannot resolve the issues to your satisfaction, we may offer a partial refund at our discretion.
3. Bundles and Packages
For bundled products and packages:
- Refunds for bundles will be handled according to the policies that apply to the individual components of the bundle.
- If you've used or accessed a portion of a bundle, any potential refund will be adjusted to account for the value of the used components.

- Processing times may vary depending on your payment provider, typically between 5-10 business days.
- For credit card payments, refunds may take up to one billing cycle to appear on your statement.
